There were a total of 12 properties sold during the month of December in Rosedale, Maryland of which 4 were foreclosures and 3 were short-sales.

This is a synopsis of sales activity in the Rosedale (21237) Communities and neighborhoods. I am providing statistical information on homes that have sold.

• Average Days on Market was 0
